The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the container.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us (DIE Container GmbH, Hermann-Oberth-Str. 23, 85640 Putzbrunn, contact@diecontainers.com) by a clear written statement.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-built, modified or specially ordered containers that have been manufactured to your specifications.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the container. Given the size and weight of containers, these costs can be substantial.
